Breaking: Ooni’s Ex Granted Bail Over Stampede Deaths

Former wife of the Ooni of Ife, Queen Naomi Silekunola, and renowned broadcaster Oriyomi Hamzat have been granted bail following their arrest in connection with the tragic deaths of 35 children.

The pair were detained over the weekend amid allegations surrounding a Christmas party they organized for children, where the fatalities reportedly occurred under circumstances yet to be fully clarified.

On Monday, legal representatives confirmed that both Silekunola and Hamzat had secured bail while investigations into the incident continue.
