Man Apologizes for False Claim Against Police Over ‘Disappearing’ Manhood (Video)
By Gideon Ayeni

A young man identified as Benedict Toju has publicly apologized to the police for falsely accusing officers of making his manhood disappear.
The apology came after his arrest by the Ekpan Police Division in Warri, Delta State, following his sensational allegation.
In a video shared by the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, Toju was seen retracting his claims. Edafe explained that the young man, along with his friends, was intercepted by officers during a routine stop-and-search operation. After the encounter, Toju returned to the police station, alleging that his manhood had vanished.
“He was brought in and immediately taken to a hospital, where a medical examination confirmed that his manhood was intact,” Edafe said. “He has since admitted his mistake and apologized. These incidents are why we insist on legal action for such baseless accusations. Let them go to court and explain how their manhood ‘disappears’ when it is found to be perfectly normal.”
Speaking in his apology, Toju clarified his misunderstanding. “I felt strange after the search, so I went back to report it, which was a wrong move. The DPO ordered a medical check, and the doctor confirmed my penis is fine.”
Explaining why he suspected foul play, Toju said: “When I first checked, I noticed my penis seemed smaller, and I panicked. It was later I realized it was my own fear causing the sensation.”
