COZA: Police Quizzing Biodun Fatoyinbo

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA is at the moment being quizzed at the Force Criminal Investigation Department, Garki Area 10, Abuja in respect of the rape allegations levelled against him by Busola Dakolo, the celebrity photographer.

Sources confirmed on Tuesday that the pastor who is alleged to have raped Dakolo when she was a teenager was being quizzed in respect of the petition that was sent to the police by Ms. Dakolo who is married to the musician, Timi Dakolo.

Ms. Dakolo, the source revealed was also being quizzed in respect of the petition.

Fatoyinbo had earlier shunned the probe instituted by the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN to investigate the allegations of rape brought against him.

He cited bias on the part of the PFN leadership and the ongoing police investigations for his unwillingness.

Besides Ms. Dakolo, a former staff of COZA also accused Fatoyinbo of rape while another former member of his congregation, Ese Walters confessed to a steamy holiday tryst with him in London.
