One Feared Dead As Building Collapses In Ondo

A building that collapsed at Fanibi area of Akure Ondo state in the early hours of Tuesday morning has left one person dead.

It was learnt that some occupants were trapped inside the collapsed building while the residents of the area had begun rescue operations.

An eyewitness revealed that the deceased was a woman whose identity was yet to be known as of the time of filing this report.

The resident further disclosed that the remains of the deceased had been deposited at a morgue in the state capital.
