Abdulsalami Abubakar Out Of London Hospital

Fears over the fate of former Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd), have been lifted following revelations that he has the London hospital, where he was admitted over an unknown ailment.
GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that the elder statesman, who clocked 80 last week, had been airlifted from the country after he reportedly fell gravely ill.
The ill-health led to his absence from prepping participants in the just concluded Ekiti governorship election as he was wont to in the peace accord among ahead of elections.
Besides events to mark his 80th birthday anniversary were also cancelled.
However, cheerful news broke out on Monday when it emerged that Abdulsalami Abubakar has come out of critical condition and was now out of the London hospital.
The news came following a visit to him by Mallam Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity.
Shehu made the revelation in a series of tweets on his verified twitter handle as he said that the former head of state was not in any serious condition and was being looked after in a private apartment in London.
“Alhamdu Lillahi for Allah’s mercy. I just ended a visit to His Excellency Abdulsalami Abubakar, former Head of State. He is out of hospital in a London apartment and apparently in no serious condition. He was his jovial self, maintaining a keen interest in developments back at home in Nigeria. Please, no cause for alarm.”
