Former Serie A champions Napoli are prepared to lower their asking price for Victor Osimhen to €100 million this summer.

Osimhen has been highly sought after over the past two years due to his impressive goal-scoring record, netting 76 goals and providing 16 assists in 133 appearances since joining Napoli.

Despite the strong interest, Napoli has managed to retain him by demanding high fees from potential buyers.

Last summer, the club set their price at €140 million. However, after he extended his contract last season, his release clause was adjusted to €120 million.

Previously, Chelsea, Arsenal, PSG, and Al Hilal showed the most interest in Osimhen, with the player himself preferring a move to the Premier League.

According to reports from GFNI, English clubs are now exploring other options and seem less interested in Osimhen. This situation could be problematic for Napoli, even as there PSG and Saudi Arabia are said to be offering him lucrative contracts.

With Osimhen’s contract set to expire in two years, Napoli is eager to sell. Consequently, they may accept a €100 million offer.

Currently, Arsenal appears to be the only viable Premier League destination for Osimhen. Chelsea is targeting strikers under 23, Manchester United has Rasmus Hojlund, and Newcastle has Alexander Isak.

If the situation remains unchanged, Osimhen might end up at PSG next season.
