One Killed As Robbers Attack Banks In Osun

A group of daredevil brigands on Thursday afternoon attacked two commercial banks in Ire, Osun State, carting away an unspecified amount of cash.

According to DAILY POST, a stray bullet killed a yet-to-be-identified student during the operations.

According to an eyewitness, the armed robbers attacked the banks at Boripe Local government.

The audacious assailants were said to have escaped through Ada town.

Osun State Police Command spokesperson, SP Yemisi Opalola confirmed the incident.

She said the tactical team is in pursuit of the armed robbers.
