Prince Harry Writes Of His Spare Life In Memoir

The long expected book from Prince Harry, ‘Spare’ has continued to make record sales becoming one of the fastest selling books in history.

In the controversial book which was formally launched on January 10th, exiled Prince Harry said that while Willy was two years older than him, he (William) ‘was the Heir and I was the Spare.’

“I served as the backup, the support, and the shadow”. He wrote of his brother William, the 40-year-old current heir to the kingdom, “I was born into the world in case something happened to Willy”.

He claimed to be aware of his responsibility to “divert” and “distract” his brother, or to offer him “if required, a spare part. Kidney, maybe. Transfusion of blood. Spot of bone marrow,” he clarified.

Additionally, he stated that his father, who is currently King Charles III, would never go by plane with his older son, William, “because there must not be any possibility of the first and second in line to the kingdom being wiped off.”

Harry claims he was 20 years old when he first learned that his father had said, “Wonderful! My work is finished because you’ve now given me an Heir and a Spare”. A joke. Apparently,” Harry writes, “his dad hurried off to meet with his lover, Camilla, now Queen Consort, minutes after delivering this bit of humor.

Despite calling his book “Spare,” Prince Harry insists that he first accepted not being the major subject of attention. Saying that he took no offense and is aware of his privileged life.
